5-7-4: CONTRACTS BETWEEN COUNTY AND DISTRICT:

Pursuant to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes 474, the board of county commissioners of Lincoln County, Nevada, hereby authorizes the execution of contracts between Lincoln County and the Lincoln County fire protection district for the prevention and control of fires and concerning the exercise of the powers provided in Nevada Revised Statutes 474.470.
