5-3-9: USE OF WATER DURING FIRE:

It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any water to be drawn from the town mains for the purpose of watering or irrigating lawns or gardens while a fire is in progress, and it shall be the duty of all persons to immediately close all water taps and hydrants at the time the first fire alarm is sounded. (1983 Code § 8.48.130)
