No person shall deposit ashes, smoldering coals or embers or oily substances or other matter liable to create spontaneous ignition within ten feet (10') of any plastered wall, partition, fence, floor, sidewalk, lumber, hay, shavings, rubbish or other combustible material except in metallic or other noncombustible stands, and in every case must be kept at least two feet (2') away from any combustible wall or partition.
