5-3-2: RIGHT OF ENTRY:

The fire prevention inspector or any inspector may, at any and all reasonable hours, enter in or upon any building or premises within his jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, he or they deem necessary to be made. (1983 Code § 8.48.020)
