4-2-7: CORPORATE LICENSE; CHANGES IN MEMBERSHIP:
In the case of a corporate licensee, any and all changes in the officers or directors of such corporation must be reported to the sheriff within thirty (30) days of the appointment or election of such officers and directors. Such officers or directors are required to qualify for a license as required in this chapter. In the case of a partnership or association, all changes must be reported to the sheriff within thirty (30) days of the change; and all new partners or associates must qualify for a license as required in this chapter. Failure to notify the sheriff of such changes, or failure to submit for licensing, is grounds for revocation of any existing license. (1983 Code § 5.24.140)
