4-1-10: NONCONFORMING LOCATIONS:
Except as otherwise prohibited pursuant to section 4-1-9 of this chapter, licensed liquor locations that hold a valid liquor license issued prior to July 1, 2008, are exempt from any location or distance restrictions imposed by this chapter. (Ord. 2008-04, 12-15-2008, eff. 7-1-2009)
