4-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

Pursuant to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 244, the Lincoln County board of county commissioners may adopt ordinances governing and regulating liquor and liquor establishments occurring within the county. (Ord. 2008-04, 12-15-2008, eff. 7-1-2009)
