3-9-6: TAX RATE:

Within Coyote Springs and the Toquop school attendance areas, the residential construction tax rate for schools shall be in the amount of one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00) and shall be imposed upon each lot for a mobile home, each residential dwelling unit, and each suite in an apartment building.
