On or before July 1 of each year, the Lincoln County assessor shall submit to the board of county commissioners a report of the projected expenditures of the money in the fund for the following fiscal year. Any money remaining in the fund at the end of a fiscal year will remain in the fund, and any interest earned from money in the fund will revert to the Lincoln County general fund.
