The money in the fund must be used to acquire technology for or improve the technology used in the office of the Lincoln County assessor, including, without limitation, the payment of costs associated with acquiring or improving technology for converting and archiving records, purchasing hardware and software, maintaining the technology, training employees in the operation of the technology and contracting for professional services relating to the technology. At the discretion of the Lincoln County assessor, the money may be used by other Lincoln County offices that do business with the Lincoln County assessor. (Ord. 2006-03, 8-7-2006)
