(A) The following facilities and buildings are subject to inspections, at a minimum, at least one every three years.
(B) Assembly occupancy: church and synagogues;
(C) Business occupancy: automobile dealerships (no service work), automobile dealerships (with service work) automotive self-service stations (no service work), automotive full-service stations, automotive repair garages, car washes, dry cleaning (not classified as hazardous), florists and nurseries,
greenhouses, laboratories (not classified as hazardous), laundries (full- and self-service), machine shops, print shops, telephone exchanges, offices, radio and television stations;
(D) Mercantile occupancy: convenience stores (dispenses flammable/combustible liquids), department stores, drug stores, markets, retail stores, shopping centers, sales rooms, covered malls, super markets/grocery stores, and wholesale stores (other than warehouse). Fireworks provision to be added if the facility sells or stores for sale; and
(E) Storage occupancy: aircraft hangers, helistops, private garages, storage warehouse, and wholesale warehouse.
