(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Each violation of §§ 150.030 through 150.042, or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated thereunder, shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
