§ 110.28 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT.
   An applicant hereunder, prior to the issuance of a license, shall deliver the following to the County Tax Supervisor:
   (A)   Written references signed by citizens of good standing showing proof of good moral character of the applicant, or, in the case of the corporation, good moral character of the chief executive officers of the corporation;
   (B)   If the applicant is a corporation, evidence that the corporation is incorporated in the state or domesticated by the laws of the state;
   (C)   Payment in full of the license tax required by § 110.38; and
   (D)   A bond payable to the county in the sum of $1,000 and signed and conditioned as provided in § 110.40.
