§ 110.40 CONDITIONS OF BOND.
   (A)   As provided above, no license shall be issued hereunder unless the application is accompanied by a bond payable to the county in the sum of $1,000, the bond to be signed by the applicant and a surety company or by two sureties approved by the County Manager.
   (B)   The bond shall be conditioned as follows:
      (1)   There is no material false statement in the application;
      (2)   If the license be issued, the applicant will not during the term of the license suffer or allow in the hall or room where the licensed billiard tables are located, or in any room, yard, garden, or other place appertaining thereto or connected therewith, any disorderly conduct, or suffer or permit the premises to become disorderly; and
      (3)   The applicant will not, either by any act or conduct of his or her own or by any act or conduct of his or her agents or employees, violate any provisions of this subchapter.
