§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Section 30.04 shall be enforced in the District Court of the county; and any person who violates any provision of § 30.04 may be found guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than $25. Further, each day a violation of § 30.04 occurs shall be considered a separate offense.
