(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any misrepresentation of the county’s regulations regarding roads, or the developers’ responsibility regarding bringing a road into compliance with the county’s minimum standards upon which a purchaser relies to their material detriment shall be considered a violation of § 150.01, punishable through the District Court in the maximum amount of $500.
(C) Any person or persons who violates any division of § 150.02 shall be subject to a fine of $500.
