(A) (1) The Town Manager will evaluate the data furnished by the user, except for significant industrial users, and may require additional information.
(2) Within 60 days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application for users other than significant industrial users, the Town Manager will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. The Town Manager may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit.
(B) The Town Manager will evaluate data provided by significant industrial users pursuant to § 54.037 of this chapter.
