(A) Before any permit is issued for the installation or alteration of electric wiring, devices, appliances or equipment, the applicant therefor shall pay a fee as set forth in Section 1490.01. In addition, the applicant shall pay all inspection fees, as provided in Sections 1470.12 through 1470.14, more fully set forth in 1490.01.
(B) No permit fee or inspection fee shall be charged for work to be performed upon property owned by an agency of the Federal government or the City.
(C) For any electrical inspection relating to buildings and structures owned by a school, the permit fees established by this division shall be as set forth in Section 1490.01.
