1414.04   BOND REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before the issuance of any permit allowing the moving of any building specified in Section 1414.03(A) along any route, the applicant shall furnish cash, a certified check or a surety bond in an amount, not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be approved by the Building Commissioner providing for the payment of any damage which may he done to public or private property by such moving. Such applicant shall hold the City harmless from any liability, judgment, damage, cost and expense which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of the granting of such permit or the performance of any work thereunder.
   (B)   Before the issuance of any permit allowing the moving of any house or other building specified in Section 1414.03(B) along any route, the applicant shall furnish cash, a certified check or a surety bond in an amount, not less than three thousand dollars ($3,000), to be approved by the Building Commissioner, providing for the payment of any damage which may be done to public or private property by such moving. Such applicant shall hold the City harmless from any liability, judgment, damage, cost and expense which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of the granting of such permit or the performance of any work thereunder.
