(A) Buildings having dimensions, including the building, the moving vehicle and any other moving apparatus, not exceeding twelve feet six inches in height, eight feet in width and forty-five feet in length, may be moved upon or over any street outside the fire limits, as set forth in Section 1422.01, only upon obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner.
(B) Houses and other buildings exceeding the dimensions specified in subsection (A) hereof may he moved upon or over streets outside the fire limits, as set forth in Section 1422.01, only upon obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner and approval thereof by Council.
