(A) Approvals under this Chapter shall not relieve a property owner of the need to obtain other permits or approvals from federal, state, county, and local agencies.
(B) If requirements of federal, state, county, and local officials vary, the most stringent requirements shall be followed.
(C) If construction activities require the submission of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to EPA and/or OEPA, copies of the Notice of Intent (NOI) and the NPDES permit shall be provided to the City.
(D) Construction activities shall not cause or contribute to a violation of the OEPA stormwater permit issued to the City.
