The provisions of this chapter requiring a permit and certificate of approval shall not be applicable to antenna systems installed for demonstration purposes where the duration of their existence does not exceed three days. However, before any such demonstration antenna systems are installed, oral approval therefor must be obtained from the office of the City Engineer. No fee shall be charged for such oral approval.
