At the time of issuing a permit for any antenna system, the applicant therefor shall pay to the City Engineer the applicable fee provided in Section 868.01 for each installation and inspection of such antenna before a certificate of approval is given. If a reinspection is required, an additional one-time fee in the amount provided in Section 868.01 shall be submitted to the City Engineer. A permit is not necessary for changing the type of antenna unless the design of the antenna will cause additional stress on the antenna system. Re-inspections may be required by the City Engineer whenever it is found that the application contains an incorrect address, when work is found to be faulty upon first examination, or when repairs or corrections are not made when reinspection is requested.
