No teen dance or teen entertainment center shall be conducted, operated or otherwise open to the public between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m., and the exclusion or attempted exclusion during those eight hours of persons under twenty-one years of age shall not relieve any person operating, maintaining or conducting such a dance or teen entertainment center from this prohibition. In no event shall activities be conducted which would cause or allow a violation of the curfew laws for the City, as set forth in Section 648.10 of these Codified Ordinances.
