812.11 VALIDITY; SIGN LICENSE REQUIRED.

The provisions contained in this chapter regulating the installation and maintenance of courtesy benches shall prevail over any other provisions of these Codified Ordinances inconsistent herewith, except that the permittee shall not be relieved from obtaining a sign license as required by Section 866.01.
