§ 454.11 INTERPRETATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall be deemed to be an additional provision for the regulation of traffic and parking in zones provided for in Sections 454.02 and 454.03 and not in conflict with nor a repeal of prior or existing ordinances of the City.
