§ 454.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKING METER ZONES.

(a) The City Engineer is hereby authorized to establish zones to be known as parking meter zones in the streets designated in the Traffic Control Map, in conformity with Sections 406.01 through 406.10.

(b) The City Engineer may, from time to time as traffic conditions require, establish parking meter zones in such other streets as are selected by Council for the location of such zones.
