238.03 AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF CITY; FEES AND COPIES.

The Engineer may provide that copies be furnished to other political subdivisions, without charge, when such subdivisions cooperate with the City in furnishing copies of their documents without charge. No reproducible copies shall be made or furnished to anyone, except the office of the County Engineer.
