The procedure set forth in this chapter shall be in addition to any other remedies that may now or hereafter exist under law for the abatement of public nuisances or violation of this code, and nothing in this chapter shall prevent the town from proceeding in a criminal action against any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter. Further, the provisions of § 10.99 shall apply to any violation of this chapter, and shall be in addition to, and not in limitation of, all other remedies and enforcement rights available to the town.
