It shall be unlawful for any person of any age to consume beer or wine or any other alcoholic beverage while riding, walking, standing, sitting in vehicles and equipment, or any other means of travel, fixed or stationary, on any public street or sidewalk, public buildings and the grounds appurtenant thereto, public parking lots, public parks, playgrounds, recreational areas, tennis courts and other athletic fields in the town’s jurisdiction unless permitted in § 131.04.
