The Town Manager, in denying an application as submitted, may grant after approval of the Board of Commissioners a permit for a date, time, place or over a route different from that named by the applicant, or subject to stated requirements and conditions. An applicant desiring to accept an alternate permit shall, within 24 hours after notice of the action of the Town Manager, file a written notice of acceptance with the Town Manager, on a form supplied by the town.
