(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to organize, conduct or participate in any parade or demonstration in or upon any street, sidewalk, alley or other public place within the town unless a permit has been issued by the town in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or participate in any parade or demonstration for any purpose or in any manner other than those set out in the application and permit.
