For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BLOCK. That portion of any street lying between its intersections with other streets.
DEMONSTRATION. Any assembly together or concert of action between more than four persons for the purpose of protesting any matter, making known any position, or promoting certain persons or organizations, or attracting attention to such assembly.
PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition or procession of any kind in or upon the public streets, sidewalks, alleys, parks or other public places, involving more than four persons or more than three vehicles.
PERSON. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other organization, whether formal or informal.
STREET FESTIVAL. Any festival, fair, carnival or market held on the public streets or rights-of-way of the town.
