With reference to the appropriate section of the Fire Prevention Code adopted by § 92.15, before a permit to do blasting shall be issued, the applicant for such permit shall file a bond deemed adequate in each case by the Board of Commissioners, which bond shall become available for the payment of any damages arising from the permitted blasting.
