(A) Each applicant for a permit required by the Fire Prevention Code adopted by § 92.15 shall pay to the Town Clerk, prior to the issuance of the permit, such fee therefor as provided in division (B) of this section.
(B) The Board of Commissioners may, by resolution from time to time, prepare schedules of fees for permits issued pursuant to the Fire Prevention Code and for which a fee is not provided or prohibited by state law. Copies of such schedules shall be posted for public information in the offices of the Chief of the Fire Department and the Town Clerk.
