§ 92.18  PERMITS; PERIOD OF VALIDITY.
   Permits issued pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code adopted by § 92.15 shall be valid for a period of one year, or for such lesser period as may be specified therein; provided, that where a license is required by the town in addition to a permit required by the Fire Prevention Code, then such permit shall be valid for the period of such license and may be made renewable to the same extent that the license may be made renewable.
