§ 92.17 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

The Fire Prevention Code adopted by § 92.15 shall be administered and enforced by the Chief of the Fire Department, with the cooperation of the Town Manager and such other persons as may be designated for such purpose by the Mayor and the Board of Commissioners.
