§ 52.083 ELECTRONIC REPORTING.

The POTW Director and Public Works Director may develop procedures for receipt of electronic reports for any reporting requirements of this chapter. Such procedures shall comply with 40 C.F.R. Part 3. These procedures shall be enforceable under §§ 52.121 through 52.124.
