§ 50.04 AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH SEWAGE SYSTEMS.
   The city may collect, process and dispose of waste substances and domestic or sanitary sewage. It may establish, maintain and operate sewers, sewage disposal systems and systems to collect and dispose of waste substances.
