§ 100.01 RESTRICTED USE OF CERTAIN STREETS AND SIDEWALKS DURING LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
   From Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. of each Labor Day weekend, there will be no pets, bike riding, rollerblades, skateboards, or parking allowed upon the following streets and their adjacent sidewalks:
   (A)   Grand Street from Lincolnway West to West Union Street.
   (B)   South Main Street from Lincolnway West to Joy Street.
   (C)   Third Street from Grand Street to State Road 5.
   (D)   Fourth Street from Park Street to the alley midway between South Main Street and State Road 5.
