§ 31.44 AUTHORIZATION TO DEPOSIT, INVEST AND REINVEST IN LOCAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to deposit, invest, and reinvest monies as determined and identified by the Clerk-Treasurer in any financial institutions identified as eligible by the Indiana Board of Depositories and located within the City of Ligonier corporate limits.
