§ 99.08 ABATEMENT BY CITY ON GOVERNMENTAL PROPERTY.
   Where the Inspector determines that a violation of this chapter exists on governmental property and threatens the health and safety of the people of the city, the Inspector may direct the city to immediately enter upon the premises and remove the environmental public nuisance.
