§ 34.44 FEE FOR FINGERPRINTING FOR IMMIGRATION FORMS.
   (A)   A fee in the sum of $10 shall be charged and collected for fingerprinting required for immigration forms. The fees collected shall be deposited in the City Law Enforcement Continuing Education and Equipment Fund.
   (B)   The Law Enforcement Continuing Education and Equipment Fund is addressed in § 34.02(A) above.
