§ 34.43 CHARGE FOR PRESENTMENT OF A RETURNED CHECK OR DRAFT.
   Any person or firm presenting a check or draft which is returned to the city marked "unpaid" or "NSF" or a similar designation shall be assessed an additional sum of $20 in addition to the face amount of the returned check.
