§ 34.42 COPYING OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
   (A)   A fee of $0.25 per page shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer's office for copies of public records on letter size, legal size and 11-inch by 17-inch paper that are requested by a person entitled to a copy of a public record under I.C. 5-14-3, and the public agency which is in possession of the record has reasonable access to a machine capable of mechanically reproducing the public record.
   (B)   Copies of all other documents that are permitted to be copied under I.C. 5-14-3 or applicable state law shall be set at the rate that provides reimbursement to the city for the costs of the copying charges.
