§ 34.41 FEES FOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   The city establishes a service charge for accident reports provided by the Police Department of the city.
   (B)   The city police shall charge a fee of $5 for each accident report, except when criminal proceedings are involved. The fee shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
