§ 34.40 FEE FOR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER INSPECTION.

(A) The fee for each such vehicle identification number inspection shall be the maximum fee authorized at the time of the inspection by I.C. 9-29-4-2 as amended from time to time.

(B) The money collected from vehicle identification number inspections shall be deposited in the Special Vehicle Inspection Fund and shall be appropriated only for law enforcement purposes for the city.
