§ 34.27 COMPLAINTS, REVOCATIONS AND SUSPENSIONS.
   The Mayor shall hear any complaint against a person to whom the city has issued a license. The Mayor may revoke or suspend any license if he or she finds, after proper notice and hearing, that the person has willfully violated a term or condition of his or her license, or has willfully done or permitted to be done an act in violation of a statute or provisions of this code. The Mayor shall file a copy of his or her findings and determination with the Clerk-Treasurer within 24 hours after it is made.
