§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, on conviction, be fined a fine of not less than $100 per day, nor more than $2,500 per day, with each day a violation occurs to be considered a separate offense, provided however that the person violating this chapter may admit the violation before the Ligonier Ordinance Violation Bureau. In those cases, a person will be fined a fine of $25 for the first offense, a fine of $50 for the second offense (as the term “second offense” is defined in the section of the code creating the Ordinance Violation Bureau), and $100 for the third offense (as the term “third offense” as defined in the section of the code creating the Ordinance Violation Bureau). In the event a person does not admit the violation within ten days of its occurrence in accordance with this section, of if a person shall deny the violation of the chapter, or if the violation is a fourth or subsequent violation, the violation will be prosecuted in the manner that ordinances are customarily enforced.
