§ 33.07 TRAINING AND PROBATIONARY PERIODS.
   A member of the police reserves may not be appointed until he or she has completed the training and probationary period as specified by the rules of the City Police Department; this provision may, however, be waived by a majority vote of the City Board of Public Works and Safety.
